Terms of Service

Overview

SoulBridge is a portfolio web application that helps users convert playlists between Spotify and YouTube. By using SoulBridge, you agree to use the service only for playlists and accounts that you are authorized to access.

Account connections

SoulBridge uses OAuth to connect Spotify and Google/YouTube accounts. We never ask for your platform passwords. You may disconnect SoulBridge from your Google Account or Spotify account at any time using those platforms' account permission settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SoulBridge to:

• Access accounts, playlists, or data without permission.
• Abuse platform APIs, quotas, rate limits, or security controls.
• Copy, distribute, or misuse content in violation of third-party rights.
• Interfere with the service or attempt to bypass authentication requirements.

Third-party services

SoulBridge depends on Spotify and Google/YouTube APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and API quota limits.

No guarantee

Playlist matching is best-effort. SoulBridge may not find every song or may suggest an imperfect match. You are responsible for reviewing results before creating destination playlists.
